Closing on two plots in the areas of Westchester and El Segundo for the planned communities of “<a href="http://gatewaywalk.com">Gateway Walk</a>” and “<a href="http://pacificwalkhomes.com">Pacific Walk</a>&#8220;, Olson plans to complete construction by 2012. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Seal Beach, CA. – December 6, 2011 &#8211; Olson Homes reports an increase in sales as home builder confidence rises, according to the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)/Wells Fargo housing market survey.  The (NAHB)/Wells Fargo housing market index rose by four points to 18 &#8211; the biggest one-month gain since April 2010.</p>
<p>Derived from a monthly survey that NAHB conducts, the NAHB/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index gauges builder perceptions of current single-family home sales and sales expectations for the next six months as &#8220;good,&#8221; &#8220;fair&#8221; or &#8220;poor.&#8221; </p>
