Olson Homes Increases Sales as Home Builder Confidence Rises

Seal Beach, CA. – December 6, 2011 – Olson Homes reports an increase in sales as home builder confidence rises, according to the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)/Wells Fargo housing market survey. The (NAHB)/Wells Fargo housing market index rose by four points to 18 – the biggest one-month gain since April 2010.

Derived from a monthly survey that NAHB conducts, the NAHB/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index gauges builder perceptions of current single-family home sales and sales expectations for the next six months as “good,” “fair” or “poor.”

When the money runs out, most buyers will need to put 10%-20% down for conventional financing.” In this economy, that may put potential homeowners out of the market and right back into the rental market.
