1 Day Sale at Heritage Walk Fullerton

Wow! That was FAST! Heritage Walk in Fullerton is selling out. We only have 2 homes left and one of them is the beautifully decorated and upgraded Plan 1A model. We have saved the best for last and will be selling these last homes on our 1 Day Sales Event.

Be sure to pre-register and get pre-approved before the event to qualify.

Heritage Walk is being developed in partnership with the City of Fullerton Redevelopment Agency and is designed as an affordable housing community. Buyers must pre-qualify for the affordable housing program offered through the City of Fullerton by meeting income restrictions. Not all buyers will qualify. Sycamore Walk Construction Tours January 22nd

New home sales at our newest Olson Homes community has resulted in 4 pre-sales after only 2 weeks and no models. The remaining 8 homes will go fast, so if you had been considering a new Sycamore Walk home, now is the time to check in with the sales office and stake your claim to the location most desirable to you before they are gone!

Be sure make an appointment to stop by this coming Saturday January 22nd for a dusty shoe tour of our homes under construction. If you have never walked a construction site before, be sure to wear protective shoes and an official Olson Homes construction hard hat during the tours. Hope to see you there!
