1 Hour VIP Pre-Sales Event at Sycamore Walk

Your wait is almost over! Don’t miss out on the VIP Pre-Sales Event at Sycamore Walk this Saturday December 18th from 9:30 to 11:00 AM. All homebuyers should line up and check-in at 9:30AM for new home sales beginning at 10:00AM. The VIP Event will run for just one hour from 10-11AM. Special pricing is reserved for VIPs and prices will be increased for the general public when the remaining homes go on sale at 12:00 noon. Priority is set by list order, so if you have not registered yet, you should register today. REGISTER NOW

To attend this once-in-a-lifetime event, you must be pre-registered by having completed and submitted your application to our preferred lender.

As a Sycamore Walk VIP, you will get an opportunity to select a first choice of location and at special pre-sales prices. Unsold homes will be released to the general public at increased pricing. Being a VIP has it’s privileges!

All applications must be received no later than noon on Friday December 17th, in order to be selected for this pre-sales event.
